OVERALL IMPRESSION FROM  1 TO 10:  Radical (10)

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: I love nearly everything about this board. I’ve ridden older mermaid models at previous Powwows and was thrilled to get on this board once again.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: Interesting in variable terrain and had a weird catch when going from toe side to heel side on groomers, but that may have just been because my new bindings were a bit too wide for the board

OVERALL COMMENTS: This board rocks! It has great edge control when carving, is versatile, and is a dream in powder.

RATE THE SHAPE FROM 1 TO 7:  RADICAL

SHAPE COMMENT: AT THING OF BEAUTY

ADDITIONAL SHAPE COMMENTS:  The super long nose is just gorgeous and the swallowtail allows for an amazing float in powder and super quick turns in tight trees.

FLEX COMMENT: 

ADDITIONAL FLEX COMMENT:  Nice tip to tip and tortional flextion

RATE STABILITY THROUGH TURNS:   6

STABILITY COMMENT: PRETTY GOOD

ADDITIONAL STABILITY COMMENTS: felt very stable and damp (minus the catch thing which i don’t think was a problem with the board itself)

COMMENT ON FLOAT IN POW: EFFORTLESSLY FLOATY

ADDITIONAL COMMENT ON FLOAT IN POW: I rode this board down casper bowl where the snow went from being perfect and untracked pow at the top to fairly heavy and tracked snow towards the bottom. It was incredible in the deep pow and super fun even in the heavier stuff–it literally kept popping me back up to the surface
