Nitro Quiver Squash 159 Snowboard Review 2018-2019
Description
TESTER: Chad Cremers
BOARD: Nitro Quiver Squash 159
OVERALL IMPRESSION FROM 1 TO 7: 4
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: Super fun in untracked, lower angle powder
WHAT IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: the nose is too soft so when you start hitting choppy powder or even carving deeply it tends to fold.
OVERALL COMMENTS: this would be a great sled board, riding strictly untracked powder. I really enjoyed it on lower angle powder. but on hardpack and choppy powder the nose was folding like crazy. Also didn’t carve super great.

RATE THE FLEX FROM 1 TO 7: 2

STABILITY COMMENT: PRETTY GOOD
ADDITIONAL STABILITY COMMENTS: its stable until the nose gets engaged
RATE THE POP/ PLAYFULNESS FROM 1 TO 7: 6
COMMENT ON PLAYFULNESS:
ADDITIONAL COMMENT ON PLAYFULNESS: pretty poppy and fun for being super set back.
RATE FLOAT IN POW FROM 1 TO 7: RADICAL
COMMENT ON FLOAT IN POW: EFFORTLESSLY FLOATY
ADDITIONAL COMMENT ON FLOAT IN POW: one of the easiest floating snowboards I’ve ever ridden
RATE THE GRAPHICS FROM 1 TO 7: 5
GRAPHICS COMMENT: AESTHETIC AND INSPIRING
ADDITIONAL GRAPHICS COMMENTS: simple, singular color
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAY: if the nose was stiffer and the board was a bit wider, this thing would be amazing!
