OVERALL IMPRESSION FROM  1 TO 7:  3

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: carbonium top sheet and build makes it easy to foot twist for a wide board

WHAT IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: It felt sluggish to initiate turns in the heavier powder. I’t didn’t wasn’t playful enough for a board with that much taper and a blended side cut

OVERALL COMMENTS: The overall aesthetic of the board caught my eye- well built with a classic white carbonium top sheet and low key SS graphic, abs sidewall and blacked out base. The deeper sidecut blended to the backfoot and tail shape gave the board a “playful” look for powder but did’nt meet my expectations. Maybe the 152 was more my jam?

SHAPE COMMENT: NOT JUST GOOD BUT GOOD ENOUGH

FLEX COMMENT:  TOO STIFF

ADDITIONAL FLEX COMMENT:  The flex in the nose felt too stiff

RATE STABILITY THROUGH TURNS FROM 1 TO 7:  5

STABILITY COMMENT: PRETTY GOOD

ADDITIONAL STABILITY COMMENTS: wide surface area felt stable while riding fall line but not on edge

RATE THE POP/ PLAYFULNESS FROM 1 TO 7:  2

COMMENT ON PLAYFULNESS: LIKE RIDING A 2 X 4

ADDITIONAL COMMENT ON PLAYFULNESS:  I was able to foot steer under the back foot and make the turn quicker

COMMENT ON FLOAT IN POW: HARD TO KEEP IT UP

ADDITIONAL COMMENT ON FLOAT IN POW: The nose wanted to submerge in a powder turn

ADDITIONAL GRAPHICS COMMENTS: Love the uniform top sheet look with the entire lineup. Classic, simple and easy to decipher SS boards from other brands
