OVERALL COMMENTS: I was pumped to try a Weston, I’ve heard good things yet had avoided testing one if not real reason. I thought I’d like tis Backwoods more, the shape seemed up my ally. But it felt very wide and took a lot to power my heels and ride trees. I ride switch a lot, especially when I need to traverse normally on my heels. This was not easy to do with this deck, the taper and camber to the tail dove on me and pushed me off my traverse lines. I double checked on a groomer and it didn’t ride well going fakie, With a little early ride in the tail and a little shaved off the width I’d probs be more into it. Def want to try some more Weston shapes tho!!
