TESTER: Owen Ringwall
BOARD: World Boards Powder Slayer 158
TEST YEAR: 2019 SHAPERSUMMIT SNOWBOARD REVIEWS
OVERALL IMPRESSION FROM 1 TO 7: 6
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: Stable, floaty, and nimble all at once. Sporty board here.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS BOARD?: Torsional flex was a little weird and felt slightly grabby, but that could have very well been the snow conditions. Felt a little off carving down to the tent after pow charging.
OVERALL COMMENTS: I love a board with reputable Never Summer condition, but has real camber and actually rides like a snowboard I can trust.
BOARD STYLE: POWDER BOARD FREERIDE BOARD
CONDITIONS TESTED IN: HARDPACK POWDER
